Virtual assessment center (VAC) is a combination of assessment center exercises as used in recruitment and development of human resources with the virtual technology of online simulations. VAC is a way to enable persons to act in a virtual world according to a real life AC-exercise and solve the same kind of problems. While offering flexible evaluation methods and introducing new ways of creating exercise modules according to the customers needs, the validity coefficient is comparable to a real life AC. It differs from the numerous so called "Virtual assessments" in the internet, that offer mostly not more than an online questionnaire form.
